DANNY BROKE MY HOE

I grew up during the fifties and sixties in Los Angeles with my three brothers.  The Oldest was Danny, then I, then Steve and Mike.  Typically as brothers we would have our disagreements and sibling rivalries and one disagreement arose when Danny accidentally broke Mike’s toy hoe.  We had a stepfather at this time, the father of Mike.  This stepfather was a secret drinker and a stupid man, combined with rigid and even sadistic disciplinary ideas.  We were all afraid of him, or at least all but his own son Mike.  For about a year Mike was able to use a form of blackmail to keep Danny from doing anything to him when he acted up, or took or broke something of Dan’s.  So when Dan was about to confront Mike for one deed or another, maybe even smack him around a little, Mike would just start saying out loud sort of singing the phrase; “Danny broke my hoe, Danny broke my hoe!”

Immediately Danny would beg Mike to stop because if our stepfather heard, it meant a certain whipping.  This went on for about a year, until Danny finally one day told Mike, go ahead and scream whatever you want, and then after I get a whipping I am going to do what I want to you.  This ended the petty blackmail, as our stepfather never did find out that Danny had broken Mike’s toy hoe.

Obama reminds me of my little brother Mike.  During this sequester “crisis,” he has literally tried this blackmail technique to blame the Republicans for breaking an economy that he himself has broken.  He is a child in his discovery of a blackmail technique he uses against the American voter, constantly screaming the equivalent of “Danny broke my hoe, Danny broke my hoe!”

The hope is that the American public will act as the terrorizing force to make sure he can continue to break the American economy, in order to destroy anything he cannot control, anything that does not serve his ideological agenda.  Following is just a sampling of the screaming from this infant when America is trying to reduce federal spending by a measly 2%, which still leaves us borrowing thirty-four cents of every dollar the government spends.  We are still on a certain course to national bankruptcy.

The following are not true, but were said by Obama or one of his spokes-tools:

“Starting tomorrow everybody here, all the folks who are cleaning the floors at the Capitol. Now that Congress has left, somebody’s going to be vacuuming and cleaning those floors and throwing out the garbage. They’re going to have less pay. The janitors, the security guards, they just got a pay cut, and they’ve got to figure out how to manage that. That’s real.”

Education Secretary Arne Duncan told CBS “there are literally teachers now who are getting pink slips, who are getting notices that they can’t come back this fall."

Obama also claimed that an aircraft carrier could not deploy to the Persian Gulf, that shipbuilding would be delayed for another aircraft carrier (Aircraft carriers are the front line of American power).

He also claimed that airport screening by our own gestapo, sometimes called the TSA would probably double our wait times at airport security-theater lines.  Homeland Security also released two-thousand illegal immigrants, some of them violent offender’s days before the sequestration. 

To my knowledge, even though things are so dire we must freeze aircraft carrier deployments, suddenly TSA will be so devastated security lines will double, and violent felons must be released back into society, yet we have not heard if conferences for government agencies that have cost hundreds of millions are being restricted, remember the idiot from the GSA in the hot tub in Vegas?

Nor have I heard if Obama is considering limiting his endless multimillion dollar vacations for himself and family.  I mean with a 2% cut in spending by the feds that will devastate defense and Homeland Security, according to Obama, you would think some non-essential things would be cut, but no it is just things that will damage the economy or our safety, the equivalent of screaming, “Danny broke my hoe, Danny broke my hoe!”  No interest in governing or making economic decisions, just a petulant scream because government might have to get by with a little less.

This begins to look as if this man has the intention of breaking America beyond repair, and becomes petulant, childish, and will emotionally blackmail the Americans that are still too stupid to realize what this man is about in order to accomplish his goal.  What a miserable excuse for a leader, for the first time in my life I am ashamed to be an American, ashamed that my fellow citizens voted for this tool, not once, but twice.
